Authentic Air Jordan 3 OG “True Blue”

The Air Jordan 3 OG ‘True Blue’ is returning in 2016 with the beloved Nike Air branding. This pair will be this years Black Friday release.

Jordan Brand has yet to release a pair of the Air Jordan 3s since 2014. This came after Jordan Brand’s Vice President of Footwear, David Schechte announced the shoes would go back into the vault. Two years is not long at all, but is a good thing for those that are fans of this model.

Nike Air Jordan 3 OG True Blue 2016 Details

Technically, the 2016 Nike Air Jordan 3 will be the second time we see them release, the first of course being in 1988. We saw the True Blue 3 retro for the first time in 2001 which came with the Jumpman branding. We once again saw this pair release in 2011 when the brand celebrated the 23rd anniversary of the shoes. They still came with Jumpman branding, but did have the original style box.

For 2016, the brand will return the True Blue Jordan 3 just like the originals. Featuring tumbled and smooth leather through the uppers, while Blue runs through the mudguard, Nike Air branding on the heel, eyelets and liner. The elephant print is expected to return just like in 1988, which will wrap the heel, toe box and hinted on the uppers. The last details are a White midsole and Grey outsole.

Nike Air Jordan 3 OG True Blue 2016 Release Date

The True Blue Air Jordan 3 will officially return to Jordan Brand retailers on November 25th, 2016 which is Black Friday. A retail price has been set at $220. Check out more images below and let us know what your thoughts are.

This adidas Yeezy 750 Boost comes with a Light Brown suede through the uppers along with a perforated toe box. In addition, the mid-foot strap comes in the same hue. Following is the traditional zippers that run down the sides located by the ankle. Finishing the look is a Boost midsole which will glow in the dark.
